    Exercise, strength, outdoor play, and healthy eating all help keep our bodies healthy and strong. I enjoy walking, hiking and climbing. My tip is to make movement part of your daily routine, even if it’s just a short walk or time outside. With kiddos I try and make it a game, so it’s fun!

    Exercise, muscle strength, indoor and outdoor activities, and healthy nutrition all work together to keep the body strong and healthy. My favorite activities are walking and playing sports. I try to eat balanced meals, drink plenty of water, and stay active every day by exercising or spending time outside.

    Dance parties, “ready,set,go”, and zombies are the top games we play in my classroom! They get the kids moving while laughing and running. We pretend to be different animals eating to help encourage them to try new foods. Anything to get them to try fruits and veggies!
