The main thing I learned doing this activity was that the WAC was more detailed and easier to understand than some of my previous trainings had led me to believe. I was surprised to learn that *all* instances of restraining a child, even in a minor way, must be reported. I can see that many aspects of my day to day duties are addressed by the WAC.
