    1. What did you discover about the WACs while completing the activity? I learned how thorough these policies are in helping providers know how to ensure staff are properly trained, records are properly kept, and how important information is communicated throughout the building.
    2. Were you surprised by any of the WACs? Toddlers are defined as 12-29 months and must be allowed to follow their own sleep patterns (per safe sleep guidance), though many programs offer a one-nap schedule for that age group.
    3. Can you see how the WACs will influence your day-to-day practice in caring for children? Why or why not? WACs ensure I have vital safety information (like allergies and emergency contacts) at hand while caring for children, and ensure that I have or will get the training I need to do my job well.
