How does observing and documenting a child’s development help early learning providers?

Observing and documenting a child’s development can help the early learning providers create an environment/ activity for the child being observed so that the child can be more likely to succeed at whatever they are trying to learn or develop. Recording these observations help come Observing and documenting helps the provider accurately record their findings from the observation in order to communicate the findings with the family, if the provider decides the child is developmentally delayed.
