1. What did you discover about the WACs while completing the activity? I learned that there are many rules and regulations that I as a professional childcare giver must maintain and be aware of to ensure a child’s safety.
2. Were you surprised by any of the WACs? I was surprised by the in depth detail the WACs go into and expected some to be more of general statements not laid out in such scrupulous detail.
3. Can you see how the WACs will influence your day-to-day practice in caring for children? Why or why not? Its important that I make sure my classroom meets these expectations and that I am always aware of any where I lack and educate myself as to then be able to provide the service.
