my advice for creating and maintaining a good relationship with parents is to always be welcoming, from the first time you meet them to everytime you greet them after. Encourage the parent by b</font><font face=”inherit”>uilding parental self-esteem, letting them know you see how hard they are working to raise their child and the good they are doing. </font>And<font face=”inherit”> to encourage the competence within the parents. </font>
