It seems to me that the WACs are just clarifying guidelines for childcare centers and workers. I can definitely see how my day to day working with children will be influenced by having knowledge and access to these guidelines. I think a lot of these things come somewhat intuitively to me but it’s nice to have a clear place to look when I have questions about how things should be done properly.
