    Lots of times it is in the simple things when talking, listening and interacting with your students. Noticing their feelings and their responses in certain situations. Engaging them in questions where they need to provide solutions that have no one way of being correct. Presenting them with problems that they are able to solve so they are building their problem solving skills.
