How does observing and documenting a child’s development help early learning providers?
*Observing and documenting a child’s development helps early learning providers by providing a concrete slab of information that allows the provider to see where that child is at. Observing and documenting are also important because they not only help you know what’s going on as a provider but it also can help families, doctors, and your leadership team staff. Documenting and observing can also tell you if the child is struggling in any areas and can highlight the plan on how to help them.
