    What is your advice for creating and maintaining a good partnership between parents and childcare providers?

    * Approach with kindness and empathy

    * if it is a observation based meeting, have all materials ready and have your conversation practiced

    *build rapport with them by communicating them about how the child is doing and if anything is needed

    * show care to not only the children but the family
