My child is actually going to be enrolled at my place of employment. Three things that I would want for him is for him to get the time and attention he needs from the provider, I would also want the provider to have a good relationship with my son so that he feels confident and secure with the teacher, and I also would want the provider to keep me informed and included in what he is learning and if they notice that he needs help or if he is advanced.
