    I think in times like that I would turn to my support systems, speak to my coworkers or supervisor, my friends and family, maybe even a therapists if I need to heal from trauma from my own past if it comes up. Taking deep breaths or a timeout in the moment might be helpful, and taking time to do the things that I enjoy when I get home are also good ways to help cope.
