Deep breathing is an obvious answer but it really is so impactful. I like to go outside on my breaks to get fresh air and that really helps separate me from work just for a moment and helps me feel extra refreshed when I come back from break. Communicate with your fellow staff when you are feeling overwhelmed. Having a support system around you is also very impactful. Sometimes just expressing what you’re feeling to someone and being listened to helps release the stress/ tension.
