As a parent, the three things I hope a childcare provider would provide my child are; 1. Making my child feel safe and accepted. 2. Take their concerns and emotions seriously. and 3. Encourage learning and growth. I would be most concerned about a childcare provider 1. Ignoring my child’s needs. 2. Not giving them tasks or things to learn. 3. Not helping my child when they are struggling.
