Observing and documenting a child’s development can allow early learning providers to better assist each child while being sure to provide all resources possible to that child. As we all know, children have different needs, wants and learning styles. Some children need more tools or assistance and some just want to be presented the activity in a different way. Documenting development also helps early learning providers to communicate needs, successes and milestones with families.
