    When we are relating observation and knowledge of individual development, we are really focusing on what is in the best interest of the child. Recognizing behavioral tendencies, reaching certain milestones and overall engagement. Understanding a child’s development really opens a teacher’s eyes on what we can focus on for their mental, emotional and social journey through life and with their education.
