Observing and documenting a child’s development will help early learning providers find a foundation for each child in their care. Each child will learn differently and they will all need a unique way of teaching. If you observe your children you will learn how they need to be taught, not how you want to teach necessarily. Documenting your child’s development will only help you remember each unique technique you used and if it helped or hurt the child’s learning ability.
