    I would highlight our 8 to 1 ratio. How we secure all heavy items to the wall, ie: shelves and cubbies. All chemicals and hazardous materials are out of reach and locked behind a door. As well as the doors are always locked from the outside and we have an alarm to alert if the door has been opened.
