Reply To: What would you do if you suspected child abuse or neglect?

    I would make sure to communicate with the child one on one, ask about whatever triggered my concern without prying for details. Once I have communicated my concern to the child, I would make sure to help them feel supported. I would go to my lead teacher and discuss what I had witnessed and lightly spoke about with the child. I would then report the situation to ENDHARM, CPS. I take the role of mandated reporter very seriously.
