    I listen to music and write, I read during my lunch breaks and doodle. I plan an after work tea and reading time everyday to unwind everyday so I always have something to look forward to that keeps me so happily grounded. At work during hard moments I take deep breaths and just sit down to take moment to reflect. I hum and continue to count until I can respond best.
