They are the people that children look up to most; they are the most important teachers because they have the primary responsibility for their children.

Childcare providers can support families by having open communication with parents about their policies, their program, and the child’s development.

    Why is supporting families so important?

    Supporting families is so important because children learn the most in families, and families are the child’s base of safety and security. Families are where children learn the most.
