I know of someone that had a teacher as a child that was always grumpy. They were frightened of her, didn’t feel as if they learned much from her, she was unapproachable in their opinion. They became a teacher and have made it a point to remain positive with their kiddos and offer plenty of hugs so that the children know they always have a safe place to come to.
