When i was young, and my siblings or I misbehaved my mother would do this thing us kids nicknamed ”the eye” where she would squint and close one eye. and whenever she did that we knew we did something we shouldn’t have. She didn’t have to say anything we just knew. and now as an adult i find myself making the same face
