I had a coworker in the past in the daycare field was not very loving or smiling to the children. A lot of the kids would not come to her or they will start crying when they see her. We talked to her about it even my boss although she’s been in the working field before. We had a few complaints from parents who weren’t very comfortable with her and to a point where she was being rude about some of the children to their parents we had to let her go.
