I would remind her of pick up time and let them know it is important to pick up on time. </p>

<p>Some ideas to be inclusive in the classroom are to have pictures of different ethnicities and talk about different culture round the world. We can also include more learning from the children who have different cultural backgrounds in the classroom and learn words in their language. </p>
