when making the schedule you should ensure that it is ethicaly scheduled meaning that theirs time foe each activity your wanting to do snack time, lunch,nap time.

I belive that screen time is addictive especially for young children so in child care i don’t think it should be used.

I would approach Mrs. Hopkins with an open heart and ask her if everything is ok. And i would precede to explain that punctuality is greatly appreciated and if something is happening i would appreciate communication so i could be understanding and possible come up with a plan.
