Because every child has a development continuum, observing and documenting a child’s development on time will help the teacher/provider to create a curriculum individual for each child’s needs and in this way will help children’s development growth physical, social-emotional, and cognitive skills.

First of all, I will let parents from the start to know the policy of picking up their child by setting clear expectations and consequences. I would have a conversation with the parent to let me know in advance if sometimes the family will pick up late their child.
