Its a great way to be able to share and talk with parents later on as well as make any changes to how the teacher engages with the child and what lessons or progress to work on. I would limit short time to an educational tool for music and maybe stories but then follow it up with. For the youngest little ones, I would not allow screen time at all and let their creativity and curiosity for learning through books, art, and arts and crafts instead. </p>

As well to let them know is to ask a question about what they have just said to allow them to form a response. </p>

Then ask if we need to modify our pick up time to accommodate the lateness. Then explain that continual lateness impact scheduling for staff, child and also center hours.
