To stay motivated, I find it helpful to share mindfulness moments with colleagues, such as a quick gratitude check-in during breaks.

To stay motivated, I can listen to mindfulness podcasts during my lunch break (while the children are napping). As I work alone, and do not have any staff to communicate with, I will need to self-reflect often throughout the day to check in on my needs and my mood in order to maintain calm and be my best self.

By dropping motivational quote in the kitchen or lobby where everyone can see it. This can help keep the team inspired and focused.

To keep myself and my colleagues motivated to practice mindfulness daily, I make it a habit to appreciate them daily, by complimenting them on their smiles or letting them know how much I appreciate them or the inspirational quotes I see in their classrooms or on their doors. Also, I encourage colleagues to take meditation walks, self-reflect, and often help whoever I am working with at the moment to focus on the present and not on a bothersome situation they may have experienced with a parent.
