GuestDecember 29, 2025 at 10:09 pmBooks and music are one of the most helpful tools we have to educate the children on different cultures . By reading to them and playing music in different languages we can help the kids grow an appreciation for different cultures, arts and languages

GuestDecember 30, 2025 at 4:17 amHaving books from other languages accessible to children, during other cultures holidays, posting pictures of those celebrations around the classroom with books on the topic. If a child speak a different language, you can try to pick up a little to converse with them, even if it is as simple as google translating names for animals or colors and saying those to them.

GuestJanuary 2, 2026 at 8:45 pmEvery morning during my circle time, I include a song that is “hello” in various languages from all over the world. Afterwards, each child gets a turn saying “hello” to the class in whichever language they would like!
