GuestJuly 8, 2024 at 8:13 pmI like to try to stay ahead of some stress by starting off my morning with quiet time and giving thanks to God for His many Blessings. Once home after a stressful day, I need to start working on more healthy and beneficial stress relief techniques. Sometimes, I will turn to food for comfort, ugh!! I have noticed that it helps to take my dog for a walk and just sit and reflect on the day!
-
Darcy, starting the day with quiet time and gratitude is great! Consider finding healthier stress relief techniques than turning to food.
