    A quick dance party with the little ones or listening to calming tunes during break time instantly lifts my spirits. Additionally, fostering a supportive network with fellow educators to share experiences and tips has proven effective for me.

    My ultimate way to unwind from stress is to either listen to music, dance or take a nice 30 min. Nature walk .

    I like to try to stay ahead of some stress by starting off my morning with quiet time and giving thanks to God for His many Blessings. Once home after a stressful day, I need to start working on more healthy and beneficial stress relief techniques. Sometimes, I will turn to food for comfort, ugh!! I have noticed that it helps to take my dog for a walk and just sit and reflect on the day!
