You can just explain that 20 minutes may not seem long to the parent, but it puts a emotional affects on the child who when they are the last to be picked up, it also makes the staffs hours longer especially when they still have extra cleaning that they have to do after all the kids are gone. Other things can happen like something urgent that you have to do, but you also have to be respectful to the car providers regulations and hours and staff times. If it continues to happen ever day then there could be different matters taken in consideration.
