    I would take a break from my work for a day and try to talk to my dear/trusted person if I start feeling compassion fatigue

    I think having restful, but still quality time with my friends and family helps. also partaking in my hobbies, in order to recover while thinking about other things.

    Take a breath, communicate your feelings to coworkers and family, take some time to spend with pets.

    Be open with your peers and talk to see if there is a solution, talking and being open is part of the HEART principle for a reason

    To prevent or recover from compassion fatigue take time for self-reflection, identify what’s important, and live in a way that reflects it. sleep healthy eating regular physical activity.
