I think that the one thing I think I need to work on is personal problems affecting work. I think I’m a very transparent person, it makes it difficult for me to actually differentiate when the right time and place is. Although it might not be as obvious, I do have my own worries that can affect my performance. Sometimes, I just need to learn where the baggage needs to be dropped before heading into work.
