The three most important things I would want from my provider would be knowing the daily routine/ schedule and how my child is responding to that, if my child is having any issues adjusting to know what’s going on and how I can work hand in hand to relieve my child from the stress. Lastly, I would want to ensure the environment/teacher is a conducive and thoughtful environments that allows children to thrive.

If you were a parent of a young child, what do you think would be the top 3 things you would want from your child’s provider?

    – Be a person who gives love and attention to my son.

    – That she is suitable and qualified to carry out the work.

    – That it is someone who cares about the proper development of my child, that it is the person with whom I can consult the achieved development of my child.

.If I was a parent of a young child, three things I would want most from my child’s provider is for them

    1. My child’s provider does not have favoritism to treat everyone equally.

    2. Give safety protocols and support the children’s needs. I would want my child’s provider to ensure the safety and well-being of my child to maintain a secure environment and support my child’s emotional development.

    3. My child’s provider to keep me informed about my child’s daily activities, and any concerns that may arise like regular comunication on my child’s progress.

Three fears I might have when leaving my child under someone else’s care is

    1. The children are close hazards or risks. This includes concerns about physical safety, hygiene, and the overall health of their child.

    2. The Child’s provider has no patience and does not have experience in child care.

    3. The Child’s provider can not understand their child’s individual needs, provides age-appropriate activities, and fosters a positive learning environment.

If I were the parent of a young child, I would want my child’s provider to first and foremost be very caring, because with this, I can feel assured that my child is in nurturing hands. I would also want the provider to be responsible, and very communicative so I feel like I am kept up to date.

Three fears I may have about leaving my child in someone else’s care is the fear of injury, fear that the child may feel abandoned, and the fear that my kid will be exposed to negative influences.

If I was the parent of a young child, three important things I would want from a child care provider is to make sure my child is in a clean, safe, and loving envoirment. Making sure the place is healthy and safe enough for my child to be able to learn and explore the world around them. Also making sure to learn/develop social skills since my child won´t be the only child there and respecting others and being repsected as well.

One is them being hurt and not being told. If my child was hurt within the time I am not there and they are dropped off, if they are hurt, even if its a little scratch, parents should be notified immeditaly. Second is if the child is not being fed or given the proper schedule for a nap time. Babys and toddlers have to have naps through out the day and be fed within those times, and can harm their health if not properly done. Third is bullying from the daycare provider or the other children there. All children should be treated with respect from one another and from the provider(s) as well. When that is not done, it can harm a childrens mental and physical health as well.

I would want a childcare provider who is inclusive, sees the potential of all children, and clearly has a passion for working with children

I would fear my child being neglected, that my child may be put into a box based on an assumptions about their skills or abilities, and I would fear they are not happy
