I let them turn the food into games or play with it. Broccoli is a lion, carrots are giraffes, the kid is a dino. That kind of thing.

One way I like to do this is by incorporating music. For example, trying to sing and dance while brushing teeth makes kids laugh and they enjoy the task more. Kids are commonly taught to sing the abcs while washing hands. Other ways I do this are by incorporating kids into it says much as possible, for example if I want them to try a new food I kept them help cook it as much as safely possible, and then they are much more inclined to eat it.

You can make healthy habits fun by acting like it’s a game and coming up with silly songs about it. If you get really excited about handwashing and sing a song about it, it is more likely that children will be happier to do it too.

Allowing there to be fun activities during transitions ir routines will encourage the kids to want to do these things on their own or more independently. Signing a song or doing small gestures and games is great way to interact with the children!

Talk about healthy food in a playful, empowering way.

Let them taste test new superpower vegetables so they can power their plates. This fun language is a positive way to talk to kids about nutrition and have fun with them and will encourage them to keep trying! Superheroes never give up.

You can make healthy habits fun by making entertaining and interactive. By creating an interactive event for healthy habits, it encourages children to want to partake in working towards the healthy habits.

Through song/dance, through modeling, and putting it in your everyday routine. When kids learn to wash hands it’s always fun to do bubbles. The more you scrub your hands the more bubbles you see! And then you rinse and wash all the bubbles down the sink.

Catching the kids attention by being playful and making the experience entertaining which will help the kids listen and also start developing those habits you are trying to teach.

You can make healthy habits fun by making activities surrounding them that are engaging. Singing, playing, or creating games around healthy habits could make them more fun for children.

We can make healthy habits fun by making it into a game for them to enjoy. Making a song to wash your hands really well, to clean up or to brush your teeth. I love the goldfish song, that encourages children to brush their teeth!

To create a healthy habits related to food, we can sing songs, I use the letter of the day and ask children to raise their hands if they brought any food with that letter, talk about the benefits of each food, I also do muscle check when they are done with their meal, and they absolutely love when I say it is growing because their are eating their food and making them stronger. Also, make sure they get hydrate.

To create good habits related to hygiene, make sure they wash their hands proprietary, tell them not put toys in their mouth because it can spread germs, remind them to cover their mouth while coughing, use a tissue when need and others…

To create healthy habits related their body, put some music, let them dance freely or engage them with some fun moves, make an obstacle curse during playground time, do natural walks…and much more.
