What advice would you give to other Early learning Providers who want to build connections with children in their classroom? Early learning providers will role model positive interactions such as empathy and respect for children, staff, and families. Acknowledge each child’s uniqueness in positive ways, respect cultural differences in communication, and consider alternative approaches to own. Even start as a simple hello and take time to check-in.
