    To create a positive environment you have to transmit good energy towards everyone especially the kids that see everything and repeat what you do.

    1. Children are excited to see the caregiver and are naturally drawn to pursue multiple feedback loops/interactions between teachers and caregivers

    2. The tone and positive interactions between children are able to best set them up and prepare them for success.

    3. Coaches and Mentors provide consistent and clear checklists to set leads and assistant teachers up for success.
