    1. There is so much expected of us and for good reason, this line of work isn’t for the faint of heart.

    2.Having come from a state where something like this is not a requirement, I was quite surprised. There needs to be more structure like this in more states!

    1. I feel like a lot of this is common sense so in that aspect I wasn’t surprised, and I feel like I have a good basics to start with as I continue to learn!
