What do you think is the most effective way to find and hire qualified job candidates?
How can applications and interviews help employers identify the best applicants?

<b style=”font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;”>I think the most effective way to find a qualified job candidate is to throughly review job applications. Applicants and interviews can help employers identify the best applicants by sorting out who has the most experience and best qualities to suit the position.

I think the best way to find qualified job candidates is by posting clear job descriptions, reviewing applications, and using working interviews. While applications and interviews are helpful for learning about a candidate’s experience and personality, I think a working interview is the best way to see how someone interacts with others and performs the job in real time.I haven’t hired employees myself, but I was able to sit in on interviews when my previous supervisor hired my co-teacher. That experience showed me how important it is to find someone who is not only qualified but also a good fit for the team.

I like personal one on one interviews, after I interview, I also give a chance to our Directors to take an interview with them. We look for a kind personality who are passionate about kids.
