    We have ordered butterflies and caterpillars for our class every spring. It is always a huge hit with our students, and they love watching the caterpillars create their chrysalis. The highlight is them drawing pictures of that process, and then watching the butterflies emerge from their chrysalis and dry their wings! It is an easy pet to have and also a short term pet, which is a great way to start practicing for a more permanent pet!
