If parent is constantly late to pick up the child, I would first approach the parent in a sympathetic way trying to understand the factors that contribute to their tardiness, but also explain how being late affects their child who wants to see their parents after school and who feel bad if they’re always the last ones to be picked up. I would remind the parent the drop/off pickup rules.
