I had all three at a daycare center but as they got older and my youngest still needed care I chose to place her in a home daycare. There she received the feel of a home vs being at a business.  We grew to love the family and consider them family.  Three things we wished for 1. unconditional love 2.&hellip;</p>

<p>I would have a small chat with the parent as they pick the child up on the later afternoons that a development screening is coming, then explain what the screen consist of.  I will relay that this is something we will do once a year to see where each child is and how&hellip;</p>

They do not learn by playing with electronics all day.  Their social skills suffer as well.  1 to 2 hours I think is okay but if anything longer they are missing out the true meaning of life is.</p>

Many love to get their hands dirty and make yummies in the kitchen. Teaching them how to throw things in bowl and mixing is great. Gives them a great feel of importance.</p>

Is there a huge project that is being a hot item at work causing longer hours.  I personally feel it is important to find out what is happening causing this domino affect.  Life is rough and having a provider taking a stab could create added&hellip;</p>

I would educate them how it could make a child feel neglected or abandonment with consistency of tardiness.  If it continues to occur I would see if we could have a pick up individual that can meet the center open hours, and provide stability and consistency&hellip;</p>
