I would inform the parent of the policies of the daycare regarding pick up and drop off as well as explain to them that it requires staff to stay longer when they are late. I discovered that there is a lot more that goes into becoming a licensed provider than I thought, but they are all understandable requirements given the job. </p>
<p>2. I was not particularly surprised by any of the WAC&#8217;s but I did find WAC <span>110-300- 0005 very interesting because I did not realize that there were so many definitions that&hellip;</span></p>
