GuestApril 9, 2023 at 10:40 amDuring snack time, we use colorful placemats with pictures of healthy foods and hygiene practices. We talk about each picture, making it a routine to discuss cleanliness while they eat. It helps them associate good hygiene with mealtime

GuestJune 15, 2023 at 11:39 pmI use fun songs and colorful soap to teach kids how to wash their hand properly. We turn it into a game, and they enjoy making sure they wash their hands as long as the song plays. It makes learning about cleanliness enjoyable

GuestDecember 18, 2023 at 1:06 amI’d introduce a “Mystery Inspector” role, where a different student
each day gets to inspect the cleanliness of the class anonymously and
award points or recognition to peers who did an exceptional job, turning
cleanliness into a fun and rewarding responsibility. -
I like to sing a handwashing song when washing children’s hands after toileting and before snack, to help them learn proper technique, as it includes phrases with proper handwashing etiquette, such as “fronts and backs and in between”
