These techniques help manage stress and promote well-being.

Building a strong work-life balance ,eating a healthy balance diet, include exercise and walk regularly because it releases stress hormone, monitoring sleep pattern and especially healthy friendship outside the work

Working with children is very rewarding and very emotional work. Are there any techniques you’ve found to release stress?
Ways I’ve found to release stress by listening to music, going on walk at the park, taking deep breaths, listening to my favorite podcast as well.

Yes, working with children is rewarding but can also be emotionally intense. I find that deep breathing, taking short breaks, and talking with colleagues really help. Sometimes, just stepping outside for fresh air or having a quiet cup of coffee makes a big difference. And honestly, humor helps a lot—kids always find a way to make you smile!

MemberFebruary 26, 2025 at 12:48 pmWorking with children can be both rewarding and emotional, so it’s important to find ways to manage stress. One technique is to take short breaks throughout the day to breathe deeply and relax for a few moments. Another way is to talk to a colleague or friend about your feelings, which can help you feel supported. Engaging in physical activities, like going for a walk or doing some stretching, can also help clear your mind.
