3 things most important to me regarding leaving my child with a primary care giver:1. Physical Safety2. Emotional Safety3. That they are learning 3 things that I would fear regarding leaving my child is very similar – I would be scared that they were not kept safe, that they were yelled at and not emotionally valued, and that they were just sat in front of a TV and not actually learning anything each day.

Great points, Stephanie! Your focus on safety and emotional value highlights essential aspects of quality childcare.

I think the three most important things I would want are:1. For my child to be paid attention to and given adequate care and support.2. For the provider to be knowledgeable about early childhood development, and have the skills to appropriately support and teach my child.3. I would want them to be caring and empathetic, to show a willingness to engage with any child and give them support and care.I would be afraid of:1. My child not getting the attention that they need.2. My child not engaging with the material or finding it boring and under-stimulating.3. That my child would not be able to make friends and form connections with the other children at the care center.
