Keeping children healthy and safe
-
Safety from outsiders who approach children unknowingly. The place where the child is cared for must be safe.

MemberDecember 18, 2024 at 8:34 pmWhat is your biggest worry about keeping children healthy and safe? My biggest worry about keeping children healthy and safe is mainly intruders/stranger danger. I know that there are so dangerous and creepy people out there and I am terrified that I will not be able to keep the kids safe from them. I will do my best to teach them stranger danger, and which strangers would be most safe. E.x., police officers and fire fighters.

My biggest worry for keeping kids healthy and safe is not being the only one caring for them. I can not be every where all the time, so ensuring I have the right teachers in the right roles is the best way I can do this.

Having the right team in place is so important because it ensures that every child is being cared for and supervised, even when you can’t be everywhere at once.

This all can have a deep impact on a child’s mental, physical health

My biggest worry is ensuring children are protected from preventable illnesses and injuries while maintaining a safe, clean, and nurturing environment, especially in group care settings where germs and accidents are more common.

Sometimes they fight and hurt each other or get hurt accidentally. Everyone has children, and parents will feel heartbroken if they get hurt a little. I also feel guilty.
2 I am most interested in learning how to have a better relationship with children。

MemberJanuary 2, 2025 at 9:00 pmI would say a big worry would be an intruder/school shooter and keeping all of my children safe if that situation were to happen. Making sure kids aren’t getting hurt by one another, or even by the people closest to us. I want our children to feel safe at all times and for parents to feel a sense of safety when leaving their kids with us.

My biggest worry about keeping children safe for example, Is having a child that might be aggressive and that won’t listen because not only does it put themselves in danger but other children around them. My biggest worry about keeping children healthy for example, Is having healthy meals and snacks with protein and other good things because what they eat can potentially have an affect on them and their health along with stress.
