single level crib, playpen, Bassinet, Infant bed. Everything should have a firm mattress with no gaps between the railings to ensure the safety of the infant and to prevent falling and trapping between the gap. Always place the baby on their back and not on tummies to prevent the risk of SIDS.

use a crib with nothing but a crib sheet, if parents use a sleep sack put it on the infant but it may not cover their face as has to be tight if it is a swaddle

For a 2-month-old infant, providing a safe sleep environment is of utmost importance. I would ensure the use of a firm and flat sleep surface, such as a safety-approved crib mattress, free from any soft bedding, pillows, or toys. The baby should be placed on their back to sleep, as this position has been shown to reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). It’s essential to use a well-fitted crib sheet to cover the mattress and dress the baby in a sleep onesie or sleep sack to keep them at a comfortable temperature without the need for loose blankets. Additionally, I’d make sure that the crib or sleep area meets all safety standards and guidelines to provide a secure and healthy sleeping environment for the infant.

An infant should sleep in approved single layer cribs, infant beds, bassinets or playpens. They should not sleep in swings, carriers or carseats.

Single-level crib, with a firm mattress that snuggly touches each side of the crib.

Wearing close fitting clothing/pajamas in a crib or playpen with a firm mattress and tightly fitted sheet, no extra items (blankets, bottles, toys). It’s recommended to not have kids wear hats or jackets while sleeping to prevent overheating or injury/death risk from clothing becoming loose.

The child should always sleep in a crib, on a hard mattress, without pillows, and without a blanket (can sleep in a sleeping bag).

a single crib with a firm mattress, one that has no objects in the crib that could block or get in the way of the infant while they sleep.

Children need soft, comfortable, warm and clean sleeping surfaces.

Each child must have his own separate bedding and it needs to be stored without touching other bedding.

Safest place for a baby to sleep is a single-level crib, infant bed, bassinet or playpen.

•Mattress must be firm and snuggly touch each side of the crib or bed to prevent the infant from becoming entrapped between the mattress and crib side rails.

A single child crib with a firm mattress. Infants should not have blankets or toys in the crib with them and should be placed on their back until they can safely roll over by themselves.
