    In some conflicts with parents over certain laws and policies. It is easier to have something to reference to show parents why we do what we do with anything.

    Yes, several, if not all instances, a guidance policy would be useful for staff members. Especially in the case of emergencies.

    Yes, I feel there are numerous situations where written guidelines are useful. Incidents such as a child getting injured on the playground, indoors, incidents with parents, etc.
